At the invitation of the Dutch association for Journalists, Certified Secure presented this Thursday the Essential Security Training. The training teaches reporters what risks they face on the Internet and how they can protect their confidential data from attackers. It's about securing the computer and the use of encryption.

The training was a great success. Many journalists acknowledge the need to protect their privacy, data and sources, but often lack the expertise to do so. Thanks to the Security Essential Training, both the twenty participating journalists and their systems are now better protected.
